A quotation does not constitute acceptance of an order unless otherwise stated.

Quotation validity periods, pricing, production requirements, shipping costs, payment requirements, and other conditions may be specified in the individual quotation.

If project specifications change after a quotation has been issued, SciLight may need to revise the quotation, price, production schedule, or other project terms.

6. Orders & Order Acceptance

An order becomes binding only after it has been accepted by SciLight Biotechnology or otherwise confirmed according to the applicable order documentation.

SciLight may decline or delay an order where appropriate, including where:

• Required product or service information is incomplete.
• The requested product or service cannot be supplied.
• The requested use appears inconsistent with applicable requirements.
• Payment or credit requirements have not been satisfied.
• Shipping or import requirements cannot be reasonably satisfied.

7. Custom Peptide Orders

Custom peptide products are prepared according to customer-provided specifications.

Customers are responsible for reviewing submitted sequences, quantities, purity requirements, modifications, labeling requirements, and other project information before production begins.

Once production or customization has commenced, cancellation may not be possible or may be subject to additional costs according to the applicable quotation or order terms.

SciLight is not responsible for errors in customer specifications where the information supplied by the customer was incorrect or incomplete.

8. Pricing

Prices may vary depending on product type, peptide sequence, quantity, purity, modifications, analytical requirements, packaging, shipping destination, and other project-specific factors.

The price applicable to a specific order will be identified in the applicable quotation, order confirmation, invoice, or other agreed documentation.

SciLight reserves the right to correct obvious pricing, description, or technical errors.

9. Payment

Payment terms are determined according to the applicable quotation, invoice, purchase order, contract, or other written agreement.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate payment and billing information and for ensuring that payments are made according to the agreed payment schedule.

SciLight may delay production, shipment, or service delivery where required payments have not been received according to the applicable terms.

10. Shipping & Delivery

Shipping time and shipping fees depend on the destination, product, order requirements, selected shipping method, carrier, packaging requirements, customs procedures, and other transportation factors.

SciLight does not guarantee one universal delivery period or shipping fee for all orders.

Products are packaged with care and may be shipped using coolers or temperature-conscious packaging where appropriate to the product and shipment.

11. International Orders

13. Returns, Replacements & Refunds

Damaged products may be eligible for replacement following review and confirmation of the reported issue.

Custom peptide products and other customer-specific products generally cannot be returned solely because the customer changes their mind or no longer requires the product.
